Jeremy Dinh

PORTFOLIO MANAGER

Jeremy is the founder and portfolio manager of Palais Capital Management, LLC, where he is responsible for leading investment ideas to execution, building meaningful partnerships, and sharing investment research. His experience across operations, M&A, and capital raising shaped his philosophy to a disciplined, value-oriented approach to long-short equity investing.

Prior to founding Palais Capital, Jeremy was an Investment Banking Analyst at Caeros where he supported growth equity investments and focused on raising strategic capital for leading companies in various industry verticals including renewable energy, cleantech, predictive AI, health technology, and consumer packaged goods. He led diligence, ran forecasts, and wrote materials investors used, but his real work was strategic matchmaking: figuring out which narratives would land, what levers would matter, and which partnerships made sense over time.

Earlier in his career, Jeremy was a Finance and Operations Manager at Lynex Cosmotech Lab Mfg., Inc., guiding the company from formulating innovative cosmetic products to exporting thousands internationally. He led the modernization of financial reporting systems, managed capital structure obligations, and supported organizational and financial restructuring. Furthermore, Jeremy maintained his hard efforts to evolve the business’s long-term strategy even during major industry regulatory headwinds. 

Jeremy now focuses on being investor who thinks critically, executes well, and wants to understand allocators and capital at a deeper level. He is passionate about delivering returns to partners that treat discretion, pattern recognition, and judgement as core investing frameworks. 

He holds a B.S. in Finance, summa cum laude, from San Jose State University.
